Logos & Illustrations

As a designer, I created multiple logos for our upcoming expansion, meticulously considering the brand's identity and messaging. I made sure that the logos were visually appealing, cohesive, and in alignment with the Zoo's vision. Throughout the process, I worked closely with the marketing and events teams, actively seeking and incorporating their feedback to refine the designs. Despite tight deadlines, I ensured timely revisions and delivered high-quality results. It was a collaborative effort, and I strived to meet the expectations of my leadership while maintaining the integrity of the designs.

Being involved in the design and construction of the award-winning habitat that earned a prestigious THEA award was undoubtedly a career highlight for me. Not only did I design numerous features within the habitat, but I was also responsible for overseeing their construction and installation. From painting trash cans to fabricating props that added to the immersive experience of the area, I was able to go beyond the responsibilities of my role. Working closely with my talented colleagues and vendors, I put in tremendous effort to bring the vision to life. Attending the THEA award ceremony in person was truly a dream come true, and it was a well-deserved recognition for our collective hard work and dedication.

Event Creative

During my time at the Fort Worth Zoo, I played a key role in art direction and collateral creation for various events, ranging from donor gatherings to holiday festivities. Our team had control over the style and creative marketing elements featured in these events. This included designing posters, signage, menus, billboards, social media advertisements, and more. In these materials, we utilized creative typography, incorporated captivating images and illustrations to enhance the visual impact.
