Currently, I serve as an environmental graphic designer at Blue Ring Creative, a PBK Company. In my role, I collaborate closely with architects to craft expansive wall murals, themed vignettes, and distinctive monument/wayfinding signage. My responsibilities span from initial concept development to final production. I specialize in enhancing collegiate sports centers, ensuring they exude dynamic and well-coordinated environments.

Tarleton State Convocation center

As the lead designer for the Tarleton State University basketball arena, my role oversees the design strategy for both indoor and outdoor elements, including signage, vinyl wall graphics, wayfinding systems, and ensuring compliance with ADA standards. Working in direct collaboration with the university and our architects, our team strives to fill the arena with visually captivating designs that capture the essence of modern sports graphics. Our aim is to create an immersive environment that not only elevates the experience for players but also engages spectators, creating a sense of excitement and unity within the Tarleton community.

UTRGV Performance center

Taking the helm on environmental graphics, my role involves pitching concepts for UTRGV's new football facility. This entails crafting designs for wall graphics, player vignettes, and equipment displays across various areas, from the weight room to the locker room. Our focus extends beyond the current players to attract prospective athletes as well. Additionally, we're actively involved in redesigning their football stadium to better align with their brand identity and implementing a streamlined wayfinding system. The aim is to enhance the overall experience for players, fans, and visitors alike.

Texas A&M Indoor Track and Field Wayfinding

As part of a design team, I led the efforts on dimensional graphics and wayfinding for Texas A&M's recently constructed indoor track and field facility. Our responsibilities encompassed the creation of ADA-compliant signage, a comprehensive wayfinding package, directional signage for various sections, and the design and installation of dimensional lettering for concessions and the athletics store.

K-12 environmental design

As a member of the design team, our collective efforts are dedicated to producing graphics for K-12 institutions. While my main area of focus lies in signage and marquees for various projects, I also specialize in crafting murals for schools throughout Texas. I mostly prefer illustrating my own graphics rather than relying on stock images, as I believe it adds a more personalized touch that resonates uniquely with each school. Whether it's for elementary or high schools, we meticulously coordinate with our vendors using architectural elevations and plans to ensure a seamless and high-quality end product for each of our many clients.
